This Privacy Policy explains how Xievip VPN ("the Service," "we," or "us") collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you download, register for, connect to, or contact us about the App and related services. Except as required by law or specifically described here, we do not use personal information for purposes unrelated to providing and improving the service.

When you download, install, or use the App, we may collect operational data needed to provide the service, such as IP address, device type, operating system version, crash logs, in-app event paths, and approximate region information. We use this information primarily to: 1. recommend more suitable connection routes based on node availability; 2. identify congestion, compatibility problems, and regional faults so we can improve service stability; 3. send essential security notices, service updates, and account-related messages.

We share only limited de-identified or aggregated information with service providers that help us operate the platform, such as crash analytics, notifications, or payment processing. Except in the following cases, we do not disclose your personal information to third parties: 1. when required by law, regulation, or legal process; 2. when necessary to protect users, the public, or the platform from fraud, abuse, or security threats; 3. when working with vendors subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations. You may also reduce future data processing by uninstalling the App, stopping use of the service, or contacting us.

User-provided information is retained only for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy and for a reasonable compliance period thereafter. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13; if we discover that such information has been provided in error, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
